What is a cooling PCBA, and how is it different from standard board assembly?
A cooling PCBA is the complete control board that drives a cooling appliance — compressor, fans, pumps, hose-lift motors, displays and user controls — rather than a generic board. HS covers the full chain: DFM review, SMT/THT assembly, testing and NPI, delivering production-ready boards that match your enclosure and user interface.
Can you customize one of these cooling boards to our exact requirements?
Yes. Every platform on this page is engineered to specification. HS adjusts layout, relay count and compressor stages, display type, connectivity (WiFi/Tuya, RF/IR remote) and firmware features — from a single modification on an existing platform to a fully new design developed with you.
What files do we need to provide for a custom cooling board?
If you have an existing design: Gerber files, BOM and pick-and-place data are enough. If you start from a concept, only your requirements are needed — HS’s 35-person R&D team handles schematic capture, PCB layout and component selection in-house.
Do you support small prototype batches?
Yes. Projects can start with a small number of prototype sets to validate design and assembly before scaling to mass production. NRE, unit pricing and lead time are quoted per project after we review your requirements.
How do you ensure board quality?
Every board passes AOI inspection, ICT and functional testing (FCT) with a full test report. Assembly follows IPC J-STD-001 under an ISO 9001 quality system; the factory is also certified ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949.
