Do you do OEM or ODM?
Both. OEM: you provide the complete design and we handle manufacturing, testing, and delivery. ODM: we provide the circuit design, PCB design, firmware, and complete product solution.
What is the difference between turnkey and consigned assembly?
In turnkey we manage the complete sourcing and manufacturing chain and deliver ready-to-use assemblies. In consigned assembly you supply the bare PCB and part or all of the components; we focus on assembly.
What is partial turnkey?
Customer and manufacturer share material supply — you provide critical or hard-to-source parts while we handle the remaining procurement and assembly.
What does the OEM flow look like?
You provide design files, we run an engineering evaluation (DFM check), then prototyping, your sample confirmation, small-batch trial production, and mass production.
Can you manage component sourcing in an OEM program?
Yes — in turnkey scope we handle component procurement, stock confirmation, alternates, and lifecycle management, with the AVL constraining qualified sources for critical parts.
