Yes. Every platform on this page is engineered to specification. HS adjusts layout, relay count and power stages, display type, connectivity (WiFi/Tuya, RF/IR remote) and firmware features — from a single modification on an existing platform to a fully new design developed with you.

What files do we need to provide for a custom appliance board?

If you have an existing design: Gerber files, BOM and pick-and-place data are enough. If you start from a concept, only your requirements are needed — HS’s 35-person R&D team handles schematic capture, PCB layout and component selection in-house.

Do you support small prototype batches?

Yes. Projects can start with a small number of prototype sets to validate design and assembly before scaling to mass production. NRE, unit pricing and lead time are quoted per project after we review your requirements.

How do you ensure board quality?

Every board passes AOI inspection, ICT and functional testing (FCT) with a full test report. Assembly follows IPC J-STD-001 under an ISO 9001 quality system; the factory is also certified ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949.
