For four days at the HKCEC — Booth 1A F19 — our team welcomed visitors from across the consumer-electronics and smart-technology supply chain. MINI6 / MINI6S — Smart Thermostat AC Protocol Adapter PCBA
- 100–240VAC input, AC 24V output, 0.8W idle draw
- RJ45 / CAT6 link to the smart thermostat; tri-color status LED
- Hidden IR transmitter for legacy thermostats
- Compressor guard: fan first, 4-minute maximum delay
- MINI6S adds a QFP main controller with expanded I/O
ID-PLUS — Intelligent Thermostatic Controller PCBA (961 / 974)
- 30A relay output for compressor start and stop
- Cooling control with natural defrost; ID-PLUS-974 adds defrost-cycle control and fan auto mode
- Also runs as a simple ON/OFF heater thermostat
- Door, economy, pressure and HACCP inputs for cold-room logic
- 4-key keypad, 7 status LEDs, °C/°F display
From a Trade-Fair Visit to a Production Line
Most visitors came with one of three situations: a control board in design that needs a pcb assembly partner, a finished product that needs a pcba control board costed and sourced, or an existing OEM program that needs capacity in China.
