HS has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) for the scope of PCB assembly — an independent, third-party verification that our quality management system is defined, implemented and continuously improved across the whole manufacturing flow.
How the Quality System Runs
Quality is integrated into manufacturing, not added at the end. Three control points run on every order:
- Incoming materials — components and raw materials are verified against requirements before they enter the line
- In-process controls — process parameters, handling and workmanship are held to specification at every stage
- Final inspection & testing — the finished unit is confirmed against its specification before it ships
Our work follows the IPC standards family — IPC-A-610 acceptance, J-STD-001 soldering and IPC-2221 board design — from layout through final test.
Beyond the QMS Certificate
For end products we also design to international safety and compliance requirements and support certification throughout the project — from component selection to whole-product testing. This includes UL, CE, FCC, EMC, RoHS and IEC design and testing support matched to your target market.
